It covers the website only. The advice relationship that begins after you contact him is governed separately by the disclosure and consent documents you are given at that point, and by the requirements of the insurers and regulators he is licensed under.
What this website collects
What you type into whichever form you use: your name, a phone number or an email address, what the enquiry is about, when it suits you to be reached, and anything you add in the message box. Some forms ask one further question, and only one, because the answer is what makes the first conversation useful instead of a questionnaire: what documents you already hold, whether a shareholders' agreement is funded, or who referred you. Every form also records which page you sent it from, so the enquiry arrives with its context. Nothing else is required and no form asks for anything it does not need.
It goes to Ehsan and to the team at myBloom who run the enquiry inbox with him. It is stored in the practice's own client record system so an enquiry is not lost, and it is used to reply to you. It is not sold, and it is not used to advertise to you.
You can also simply phone or email instead. Both go directly to him.
Server logs
The site is hosted by Vercel and its domain runs through Cloudflare. Both keep standard technical logs of requests, which can include an IP address, a browser type and the page requested. These are used to serve the site and to keep it secure. They are not used to build a profile of you and they are not combined with anything you send by phone or email.
Email and hosting providers
Email sent to ehsan@streamlinedinc.com is delivered through Google Workspace. The website is built and maintained by myBloom, a marketing agency engaged by the business. myBloom operates the system these enquiries arrive in, so its staff can see an enquiry you send through this website. They have no access to your client file, to the advice you are given, or to anything that passes between you and Ehsan Khandaker afterwards, all of which live outside this website and under the regulators he is licensed by.
How long anything is kept
Emails and call notes are kept for as long as the professional and regulatory obligations attached to advice require, and then disposed of securely. Technical logs are kept for the shorter periods set by the hosting providers.
Your rights
Under Canadian privacy law you may ask what personal information is held about you, ask for a correction, and withdraw consent to its use, subject to the record-keeping the regulators require. Write to ehsan@streamlinedinc.com and he will respond directly.
If you are not satisfied with the response, you can raise the matter with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
